I had an SR 22 version of the 10/22 that cycled the 60 grain Aguilla SS, CCI Subsonic and Remington Subsonic reliably with and without my suppressor. I bought one of the new 25 round Ruger magazines when they first came out. Feeding was was not reliable with any ammo if it was loaded to full capacity but worked just fine when limited to 21 or 22 rounds. The SR 22 went down the road and has been replaced with one of the Colt/Walther M4 22 Tactical AR carbines. I don't currently have a 10/22 to test the replacement 25 round magazine Ruger sent in exchange. There may have been a QC issue with the early production 25 rounders as a buddy has two of them that work fine in his guns.
